SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.​Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. Life Sucks is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by weather, courier errors, transportation strikes, or other circumstances outside our control.​We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, your order will be canceled and refunded once it is received and processed at our shipping hub.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless you’ve received the wrong item or a defective product.If this happens, don’t worry — we’ve got you. Please email us at lifesucksbutimvibing@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include your order number along with photos of the issue.​If the item can’t be replaced within a reasonable timeframe, we’ll work with you to make it right. Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST).
